Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Machine Maintenance Lead for our Wisconsin facility. This role oversees maintenance tasks, supervises mechanics, and ensures safe, reliable operation of pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems on the RTE line.

The position requires hands-on mechanical skills, knowledge of CMMS/SAP, and the ability to train others while supporting reliability programs and safety audits. 2nd shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.

Responsibilities

• Follow all documented procedures and maintain knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment for RTE side operations.
• Perform and complete preventative maintenance and minor prefabrication work.
• Provide guidance and training to machine maintenance mechanics, including cross-training.
• Maintain reliability program documentation and assist with scheduling and audits.
