Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a chopper operator for the 2nd shift to join our Albuquerque facility. You will learn and apply meat setup formulas, track meat and skin usage, and assist with line sanitation following USDA/Tyson guidelines.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and being able to meet physical requirements, with shift hours 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (or production end). Competitive hourly pay includes a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must follow a set-up formula for meat and adhere to guidelines.
• Maintain accurate meat and skin usage.
• Able to perform physical duties, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced line environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up the line at the start of the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitation according to USDA/Tyson guidelines.
