Job summary

Centrillium Holdings LLC in Midwest City, OK seeks an Electrical & Controls Specialist to install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical, controls, and automation systems in our meat processing facility. This hands-on role supports production operations in a USDA-regulated environment.

You will work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automation panels, follow NEC and safety standards, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology or Electrical Engineering Technology (strongly preferred).
Formal training in PLC programming or industrial automation.
NFPA 70E electrical safety certification or equivalent.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

Program, configure, and maintain PLCs and HMIs to support production operations.
Design, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels per NEC and facility standards.
Diagnose and repair faults in motors, drives, sensors, and instrumentation.
Perform mechanical troubleshooting on conveyors, pumps, and processing equipment.
Commission new equipment including startup verification and I/O testing.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
Maintain records of work orders and maintenance logs.
