Job summary

Continental Dairy Facilities Southwest, LLC seeks a Plant Automation Specialist to maintain and improve industrial control systems across processing operations. You will support day-to-day control tasks, configure control modules, and assist in implementing new projects with PLCs, HMIs, and networks.

The role requires hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Wonderware, and IEC 61131-3 languages, plus a strong background in electrical systems and trouble-shooting.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of maintenance experience in industrial control systems.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Rockwell software.
• Experience with IEC 61131-3 languages (RSLogix 5000).
• Proven work with HMI/SCADA packages such as Wonderware, Rockwell, ControlNet, DeviceNet.
• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related training; additional professional training.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support on process control systems and related tasks.
• Improve process control systems via Advanced Process Control, Alarm Management, and Operator Interface optimization.
• Maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and related equipment; update servers and networks.
• Train end users on operations of new or modified systems.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust control systems to ensure reliability.
