Job summary

Butterball is seeking team members to operate in turkey processing roles, performing manual and machine-assisted tasks to produce products while maintaining strict safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

The position involves standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced meat-processing environment, and rotating through core processing functions. Prior food-manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Read and understand HACCP, FDA and OSHA requirements as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Adhere to GMP and HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and/or machine-assisted tasks to process turkey products and parts.
• Ensure product safety and plant defense.
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures related to product safety.
• Support Food Safety initiatives.
• Rotate through processing department functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
