Qualifications

• Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
• Ability to follow recipes and product directions for preparing items
• Stock counts, date, rotate, and temperature checks of products
• Repetitive movements and lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Master the Meat Prep: prepare and portion food items for service
• Keep It Fresh: rotate stock and check freshness and temperatures
• Sanitary Standards: maintain a clean kitchen per sanitation codes
• Safety First: handle knives and equipment carefully
