Job summary

Surcheros Fresh Mex is hiring a Team Leader to uphold our FRESH culture and community connections in a fast casual Tex-Mex setting. You will inspire and motivate the team while ensuring excellent guest experiences during every shift.

In this role you’ll lead daily operations, coordinate with Managers, and model friendliness and high energy. Flexible hours help you balance work and life while serving our guests with southern hospitality.
