Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners in the United States seeks multiple full-time Packaging Team Members to join a dedicated production team. You will operate packaging lines, ensure accurate labeling, and monitor quality from start to finish.

Role requires adherence to GMP, FDA/USDA regulations, and a readiness to work in a refrigerated environment. Benefits include health, 401(k) with match, PTO/holidays, flexible schedule and EAP programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or food production is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging line and monitor quality during shifts.
• Label and inspect finished products and paperwork.
• Load/unload materials and assist with line changes.
• Maintain clean and organized packaging area in accordance with GMPs.
• Follow FDA/USDA regulatory and safety requirements.
