Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers in meat preparation and ensure profitable operation.
• Maintain department paperwork and records weekly.
• Provide friendly, prompt service and resolve customer complaints.
• Train workers in food prep, service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Monitor quality, inventory, and shrink, and manage time tickets.
