You will manage staffing, training, and daily operations while coordinating with the store leadership team to optimize inventory, service, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations across areas such as perishable, center store, and front end.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate Partners; manage staffing and training.
• Review financial and performance reports to identify opportunities and issues.
• Lead the inventory flow team and ensure proper receiving, ordering, and shelf edge execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards across the department.
• Collaborate with store leadership to align total store plans and drive results.
