Qualifications

• Seven+ years in meat sales, inventory management, or related field.
• Experience building inventory and sales systems from scratch.
• Strong self-starting, accountability, and independence.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, grading, and product handling.
• Experience with internet sales platforms and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a complete inventory management system for tracking, reporting, forecasting, and loss control.
• Own all sales channels, including internet sales, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy to grow the customer base.
• Manage purchasing, pricing, and margins across the full product line.
• Deliver regular performance reports to ownership.
