Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce meat items according to production plans.
• Package, label, and merchandise meat products.
• Stock backroom with properly rotated and dated products.
• Notify management of supply needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive store growth.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Perform tasks across departments as needed.
