Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Able to operate wrappers, slicers, grinders and power tools.
• Must work safely with cleaning solutions.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm under pressure with a positive demeanor.
• Meat prep experience or similar in food service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display meat items per company standards.
• Wait on customers and provide customer service.
• Check quality; ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Keep sales areas and backrooms clean and organized.
• Unload trucks and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies.
• Maintain friendly relations with customers and staff.
• Greet customers and assist in locating products.
• Follow all applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain equipment and area in a clean, safe condition.
• Perform any duties as assigned.
