Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, appealing display by quality checks, stocking, and rotation.
• Keeps back stock in good order and supports sampling programs.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready for shifts; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper stocking and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work and shopping environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and incidents promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
