Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop customer relations with friendly, courteous behavior.
• Promote morale and maintain professional communication.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve sales storewide.
• Follow company policies and directives and lead by example.
• Assist in planning, organization, and direction of Meat Department activities.
• Cost out materials to determine proper retail prices and maintain production sheets.
• Support department growth through training, evaluation, and counseling.
