Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store, using professional communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide.
• Work together as a team to ensure store success.
• Comply with all company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Assist in maintaining freshness, dating, tares, and merchandising per guidelines.
• Capable of recognizing meat quality and differentiating cuts.
• Assist in proper department pricing, rotation and merchandising.
• Monitor competitive activity within the store area.
• Pull outdated items or rewrap and relabel as needed.
• Stay aware of sale prices and assist guests with inquiries promptly.
