Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Meat Department Lead to provide quality meat preparation services and maintain the service counters. You will lead department staff in the absence of management and collaborate with the Smokehouse Pit Master to feature product offerings.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with orders, answering questions, preparing and displaying items, and keeping the department clean and organized. Must be 18+ and commit to guest-focused service in a retail environment.

• Provide meat preparation services for guests, set and fill the service counter and self-service cases, and maintain high guest service standards.
• Oversee department staff in absence of department management.
• Partner with Pit Master in stores featuring a Smokehouse to showcase product offerings.
• Assist guests with orders and requests, answer questions, and maintain cleanliness of the department.
