Responsibilities

• The Meat Department Lead is responsible for providing meat preparation services for guests, setting & filling the service counter and self-service cases and providing outstanding guest service.
• The Meat Department Lead is expected to use meat operating tools and equipment up to 75% of the time.
• This position provides oversight to department staff and conditions in absence of department management.
• Duties include assisting guests with orders and requests, answering guest questions, preparing and displaying items in the service counter, and maintaining overall cleanliness of department.
