Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead the meat department team to execute the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Supervise hourly associates, ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance.
• Leverage handheld technology to forecast, plan, and drive sales.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe meat department and manage inventory and staffing.
• Train and develop teammates, and source talent as needed.
