Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to successfully complete required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Lead the meat department team to deliver on the business plan and meet members' expectations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of meat products, quality standards, and safety compliance; train and engage the team.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld tech to plan, forecast, and drive sales while improving the customer experience.
• Ensure staffing, inventory, and equipment are in good order; uphold cleanliness and safety in the department.
• Collaborate with other leaders to ensure the club meets overall goals and provides excellent service.
