• Review products for quality and freshness and take action.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results.
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Educate staff about promotions and store initiatives.
• Prepare seasonal critiques for sales and merchandising supervisor.
• Run the period promotional plan for the department.
• Assist in budget, expenses, and financial reporting.
