Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe Meat Department area
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces and equipment per standards
• Keep floor free of debris and spills
• Operate Meat Department equipment (band saws, grinders)
• Monitor and request supplies as needed
• Assist in inventory and display upkeep
• Follow safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
