Farm Boy is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a department and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coach staff, support daily operations, and drive engagement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary program with emphasis in business and 1+ year supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining performance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with professional communications.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and meet goals.
• Support team development through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition.
• Lead regular team huddles to share goals and provide feedback.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, merchandising, staffing coverage, and cleanliness.
• Provide office and administrative support including inventory, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll.
