Ridley’s Family Markets in Pinedale, WY is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will help guests with questions and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.

No experience required; must be at least 18 years old. Basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred to support daily store operations.

• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store through open communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide.
• Support team with cooperative approach and ability to work together.
• Comply with company policies, programs and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
• Assist in maintaining proper freshness, dating, tares, and merchandising per government guidelines.
• Recognize quality of service and meat products by appearance and type of cuts.
• Assist in proper department pricing, rotating and merchandising to meet policies.
• Stay aware of competitive activity within the store marketing area.
• Pull outdated products, rewrap or relabel as necessary.
• Answer guest inquiries promptly and with a friendly approach.
