• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store through friendly, professional communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the Code of Conduct.
• Assist with freshness, dating, and merchandising to comply with guidelines and policies.
• Identify quality meat and explain product differences.
• Assist with department pricing, rotation, and merchandising per policy.
• Monitor competitive activity in the store area.
• Replace outdated labels and ensure accurate labeling as needed.
• Stay aware of sale prices and assist guests promptly.
• Answer guest inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner.
