Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing meat department displays; keep cases clean and stocked.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling and keep sample areas clean and inviting.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, and floors as required.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising of products.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; comply with SOPs.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and report any safety hazards.
