Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by checking quality and stocking cases.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Supports sampling program and keeps areas full and clean.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, and floors.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work/shopping environment; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
