Sullivan's Grocery seeks a Meat Department Manager to oversee budgeting, purchasing, and inventory controls. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure the display and quality of meat products. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing meat, as well as preparing and pricing cuts for display and special orders.

The role requires handling budgets, developing employees, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High school graduate or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience in meat/fresh foods or retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and purchasing workflows.
