Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a meat department
• Guest service focused with strong team-building abilities
• Store operations including merchandising and purchasing
• Current ServSafe or Food Manager certification

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Meat Department, overseeing profitability, expenses, buying, and labor
• Lead and develop Associate Team Leader and Team Members
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution and guest service
• Schedule, train, mentor and counsel staff; delegate tasks effectively
• Ensure compliance with FDA, health, sanitation, OSHA, and other regulations
• Maintain product knowledge, inventory control, and proper rotation
