Albertsons Companies is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to support the Meat Manager in leading daily department operations, ensuring product quality, freshness, food safety, and outstanding customer service. The role focuses on production planning, inventory control, coaching associates, and maintaining safe, profitable department performance.

Responsabilités

• Assist Meat Manager with the overall operation and performance of the Meat Department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to meat department associates throughout the workday.
• Help train, coach, and develop associates on department procedures and food safety.
• Coordinate daily production and assignments based on sales and demand.
• Ensure meat products are properly cut, weighed, labeled, priced, and displayed.
• Monitor product freshness, temperature, and in-stock conditions.
• Maintain clean and sanitary department and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and shrink control.
• Support department goals and partner with store leadership.
