Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.

• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory in department, using inventory control procedures for freshness and quality.
• Cut and weigh steaks, chops, etc. for individual servings.
• Review and validate received orders for amount, quality, count or weight, condition; store accordingly.
• Assist Department Manager in leading a team for stocking, production, and related tasks; ensure quality and KPI targets.
• Maintain familiarity with products in the department and store.
• Know advertised items, special prices, coupon deals and store sales features.
• Ensure weekly/period Flight Plan is communicated and executed per timelines.
• Follow scheduling tools to manage shifts and forecast guidelines.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining labor control and payroll expense for the department.
• Implement Our Winning Recipe and model company values and competencies.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and career development.
• Develop and monitor department forecasts as required.
• Attend daily huddles and maintain clean, well-stocked department.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and corrective actions as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Adhere to Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May assist other departments as needed.
