Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations in the absence of managers in accordance with standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Utilize store systems for planning, scheduling, CAO and RF unit.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity and respect.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in meat department including cooking procedures.
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and follow appearance policy.
• Maintain solid communication within department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Observe sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
