Responsibilities

• Lead department operations in absence of the department manager and assistant department manager.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Utilize store systems for management planning, scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Maintain fairness, dignity, and respect among co-workers.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Assist in training other associates as assigned.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Maintain solid communication within the department and organization.
• Support company safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
