Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience and supervisory skills preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, strategic planning, and retail systems knowledge are essential.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and bilingual skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring staff training, proper staffing, and compliance with company standards to meet performance goals.
• Manage inventory ordering and maintenance, verify received products, oversee stocking and product quality, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
• Develop and communicate work schedules, control labor and payroll expenses, and implement company policies using designated tools and software.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and career development of associates while monitoring department goals and forecasts.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked department aligned with standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
