Job summary

Meijer in Indianapolis is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, uphold customer service standards, and drive sales growth. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, manage P&L, shrink, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

The role requires 2-3 years retail management experience, strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to mentor teammates to meet measurable goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail experience and ability to manage staff and operations.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, efficient service to customers and team members.
