Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Meat Department Manager in all facets of meat department operations.
• Prepare products for sale and control freshness by coding, rotating, or culling stock.
• Remove out-of-code merchandise and maintain inventory records.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
• Direct staff when in charge of the department, including workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision.
