• Lead the meat department team to meet the business goals and ensure the club's success by communicating department goals and executing company programs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of floor operations, product updates, and specifications to meet quality, inventory, and safety standards.
• Leverage digital tools to forecast, plan production, and drive sales while improving the shopping experience for members.
• Train and develop associates, promote teamwork, and uphold ethics, safety, and compliance in daily operations.
