Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service to shoppers.
• Assists Department Manager to maintain fresh, high-quality meat products.
• Supervises Meat Specialists and other staff; aids in scheduling and daily operations.
• Ensures proper temperatures, sanitation, and rotation of stock.
• Trains new employees and conducts cutting tests.
• Handles customer issues and wraps, weighs, and labels products.
• Maintains department standards and assists in ordering new items.
