Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by addressing questions and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
• Assists with scheduling and training of department associates and delegates work to maximize department performance.
• Manages inventory, backroom organization, and shelf replenishment to ensure stock, freshness, and proper pricing.
