Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail/food service.
• WI Certified Food Manager License (Festival to reimburse)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Meat Department operations in the manager's absence.
• Train, mentor, and develop associates.
• Grow and manage performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain stock levels, pricing, and merchandising.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and meat preparation guidance.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe workspace in line with standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director and Meat Director.
