• Create weekly schedules balancing labor and availability.
• Package, label, and merchandise products with quality and freshness.
• Maintain clean, food-safe workspaces following sanitation standards.
• Monitor rotation, presentation, and temperature logs for safety.
• Provide feedback to Meat Department Manager on performance.
• Ensure inventory of packaging materials and counter supplies.
• Lead by example on safety, service, and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as needed.
