Festival Foods is seeking a Meat Assistant Department Manager in Eau Claire, WI to lead the Meat Department and support the Department Manager. You will supervise daily operations, train a dedicated team, and ensure top-quality products and service for guests.

Responsibilities include pricing, merchandising, inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced grocery setting. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within a stable Wisconsin grocer.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years leadership in retail or food service.
• Certification: WI Certified Food Manager License (Festival to reimburse if associate obtains while employed).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the manager's absence and step in as needed.
• Train, mentor, and develop associates to create a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and corrective action as appropriate.
