Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. Meat Department Associate sought to maintain pricing, stocking and rotation of all meat items. You will help unload deliveries, price items if needed, and keep shelves fully stocked according to tag allocations.

You will assist in displays and ensure proper product rotation in the meat bunker. Responsibilities include presenting a clean, organized department, greeting customers, and following store policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write to tag merchandise and maintain rotation.
• Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing, stocking and rotation of all meat department merchandise.
• Unload deliveries and separate merchandise; transport stock as needed.
• Open cartons and tag items accurately when required.
• Keep shelves fully stocked according to tag allocations.
• Assist in building store displays and meat bunker items.
• Ensure perishable merchandise is rotated and out-of-code items are managed.
• Control damaged goods per company policy; assist cleaning and sanitation in meat prep area.
• Present assigned section neatly before leaving; greet customers and follow dress code.
• Adhere to all department policies and employee handbook rules.
