Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Seekonk, MA is seeking a Meat Department Team Member. You will assist in meats, poultry, and seafood, weigh, wrap, label, and stock cases, and help Members with product recommendations.

We value reliability, teamwork, and safety. The role requires standing and lifting up to 30 pounds; prior meat/deli experience is preferred. Weekly pay and benefits are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Knowledge of wrapping machines preferred.
• Prior experience in meat/deli departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Assists the meat cutter in packaging freshly cut meats and seafood.
• Rotates meats, poultry, seafood, and cheeses according to expiration dates.
