Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Medford, MA is seeking a Meat Department team member to receive, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats while assisting Members with questions and product recommendations.

You will maintain cleaning and safety standards, stock cases, and support overall club operations; a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to stand for long periods are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in meat/deli department preferred.
• Knowledge of automatic and hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receives, rotates, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats.
• Assists in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses.
• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions and recommending products.
• Maintains all cleaning and safety standards within the meat department.
