Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a team member for the Meat Department in Santa Fe. You will assist with counter service, stocking, and sanitation while maintaining a clean, inviting display and providing friendly, efficient service.

No prior retail experience is required. You will work with the team to ensure product quality, proper labeling and pricing, and adherence to health and safety standards, including exposure to various temperatures and equipment usage.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to sell proactively and provide courteous customer service.
• Understand basic product quality and freshness standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, appealing display, stock cases, rotate products and remove outdated items.
• Keep back stock organized and assist with sampling programs.
• Ensure cleanliness of cases, signs, equipment, floors and drains.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Support merchandising and accurate pricing; comply with health and safety rules.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as required and attend trainings.
