Job summary

Whole Foods Market Santa Fe is seeking a team member to support the meat department with counter service, stocking, and sanitation. You will help maintain attractive displays, assist customers, and follow all health and safety procedures while providing friendly service.

There is emphasis on accurate pricing, timely shifts, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The role includes standing for long periods and lifting items as part of daily duties, with opportunities to learn and grow within

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing display by keeping cases and shelves stocked and clean.
• Assist with sampling and maintain sample areas.
• Maintain back stock in good order and support merchandising.
• Provide courteous, friendly customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Assist with opening, mid, and closing duties and verify pricing accuracy.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures and report hazards.
• Perform cleaning of cases, signs, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Support team by performing duties in other areas as needed.
