Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years experience in meat cutting is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or guest service is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled cutting, boning, trimming, grinding, and portioning of beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products.
• Execute custom meat cutting requests with accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in cutting areas and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety, temperature, and storage guidelines at all times.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing meat deliveries.
• Provide outstanding guest service through product knowledge and recommendations.
