Responsibilities:

• Provide polite, friendly service to all guests.
• Prepare products for sale (cutting, weighing, trimming) according to standards.
• Price, stock, and rotate frozen and fresh meat products.
• Handle special guest requests (e.g., special cuts, slicing).
• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, sales, and prep areas.
• Ensure high quality, freshness, and proper dating of products.
• Report temperature failures to supervisors.
• Announce sale items over the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 40 lbs. constantly.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
