Responsibilities

• Perform meat department tasks: cutting, grinding, slicing, packaging, dating, labeling and merchandising.
• Keep department temperature logs updated and meat shelves clean and organized.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and place items in proper cooler locations.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers and associates to promote sales.
• Wash and sanitize equipment according to company and health department policies.
